Q1: Where do you ship the watches from?

A: The watches are shipped from our warehouse at Shenzhen city, Guangdong province, China. Usually, the watch will be sent out within 1-2 working days after your order is placed.

Q2: Shipping Cost

A: We ship mostly anywhere in the world by standard air parcel service or expedited express. It will take 1-3 working days to process your order. Orders qualify for standard shipping will be shipped to you via standard air parcel delivery. We do reserve the option of determining the specific shipping method.

       (1). Free of shipping by Standard air parcel main carrier:

             By YDH, YunExpress or 4PX express etc, delivery time around 5 - 9 working days. 

       (2). Extra shipping cost is needed for Expedited express carriers:

             By FedEx, DHL and UPS etc, delivery time around 4 - 9 working days.

Q3: Customs / Duty

A: Usually, we will mark as low value on the custom declaration to try to let customer save any taxation, or the amount as you required us to declare. In basically, international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.
