Refund policy
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your purchase. Returns are permitted for new, unworn merchandise only. You may not wear, alter, size or otherwise use the item you are returning. Shipping both ways will be at the buyer’s expense. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at seagull1963watch@aliyun.com. If your return is accepted, you can send the watch back to us using the carrier of your choice, and responsible for the shipping cost of send the watch back to our facility. We will get back to you with the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The item is your responsibility until it arrives at our facility. You can always contact us for any return question at seagull1963watch@aliyun.com.
Note: Any taxes you might have paid for delivery will not be reimbursed. Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for the return to process.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of a defective item, please contact us at seagull1963watch@aliyun.com and we will assist you with your return.
Refunds
1. If the package delivery fails due to the express company's fault, we shall bear 100% responsibility and we will reissue a new package.
2. If the package delivery fails due to the buyer's fault, such as refusing to accept the package, or the address filled in the order is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in the failure of package delivery, the buyer will bear all 100% responsibility.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Any refunds will also incur a 7% fee, due to a new PayPal policy where transaction fees are non-refundable and a standard fee is charged by Shopify for each order.
Please note, US$30 will be deducted from total refund for the order shipping by UPS/FedEx/DHL express.
For example, if total cost is US$260 for a package with DHL shipping method, first US$260-US$30=US$230, then refund will be US$230*(1 - 5% - 7%) = US$202.44.
For example, if total cost is US$260 for a package with free shipping method, then refund will be US$260*(1 - 5% - 7%) = US$228.8.
(Ps: The 5% is a restocking fee, and 7% is a transaction fee charged by the PayPal and Shopify)
