Shipping Policy

Q1: Where do you ship the watches from?

A: The watches are shipped from our warehouse at Shenzhen city, Guangdong province, China. Usually, the watch will be sent out within 1-3 working days after your order is placed.

Q2: Do I need to pay shipping cost?

A: No. Free of shipping.

We ship mostly anywhere in the world by standard air parcel service or expedited express. Orders qualify for standard shipping will be shipped to you via standard air parcel delivery. We do reserve the option of determining the specific shipping method.

(1). Standard air parcel main carrier is YunExpress or 4PX express etc, delivery time around 5-15 working days.

(2). Expedited express carriers are FedEx, DHL and UPS, delivery time around 3-7 working days.

Q3: Customs / Duty ?

For orders from the USA, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand. Normally, for each order only 1 or 2 pieces watches, the order amount won't reach the duty threshold, so you do not have to pay import duty.

For orders from European Union (EU), we will prepay the import tax, so you don't need to pay for tax anymore!

For other countries, tax/import fees might occur. Usually, we will mark as low value on the custom declaration to try to let customer save some taxation, or the amount as you required us to declare. In basically, international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.
